Reenter Life Work Experience Program
In 2023, we were thrilled to announce that Clear Skies Ranch had been selected as an EmployABILITY Business Grant recipient! This grant means we’re growing! The EmployABILITY Business Grant supports us as we grow our business by establishing a 12-week training program for formerly incarcerated and other individuals with disabilities. The program teaches skills in the construction, maintenance, and animal care fields and gives the participants work experience to help them integrate back into the workforce.
We’re proud of the impact we’ve had on our community as a small business. And we know we can achieve even more through teamwork, which is why Clear Skies Ranch is excited to be an EmployABILITY Champion working with California’s Department of Rehabilitation.
As an EmployABILITY Champion, we are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities in recovery as they transition back into society by giving them the skills needed to find meaningful employment opportunities.
